Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Roofing Project Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of commercial roofing projects. You will manage and ensure the safe and efficient production of roofing projects from start to finish. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a field supervisor in the Commercial Roofing industry or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a roofing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be confident in using technology for reporting and communication purposes.
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Knowledge of roofing safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a field team of roofers. Provide guidance, instruction, and support throughout the production of roofing projects.
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and asphalt shingles.
  • Effectively communicate roofing project status to the Construction Director ensuring that the schedule and resources, including material supply are allocated effectively and roofing project deadlines are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to roofing safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, and Construction Director to ensure clear communication and successful roofing project outcomes.
  • Complete accurate daily and weekly reports of work performed, including labor hours, materials used, project progress and submit to the office team.
