Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Location: Denver, CO

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a commercial roofing service team responsible for roof repairs, leak response, preventative maintenance, and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving technical roofing challenges, mentoring field crews, and delivering exceptional service to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise commercial roofing service technicians on daily service and repair projects.
  • Perform roof inspections, diagnose leaks, and determine the best repair solutions.
  • Repair and maintain a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), coatings, and other low-slope systems.
  • Train, mentor, and develop service technicians while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and quality workmanship.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, providing updates and ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Accurately document labor, materials, photos, and job details using mobile technology.
  • Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and tools.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
  • Travel locally to customer job sites throughout the workday.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial roofing service, repair, or production experience.
  • Previous experience leading crews or serving as a Foreman preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including:
    • TPO
    • PVC
    • EPDM
    • Modified Bitumen
    • Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
    • Roof Coatings
  • Proven ability to diagnose roofing issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
  • Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
