Pay: $47-$50/hr (DOE)
Join our dedicated nursing team at Sequoia Transitional Care! We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to provide exceptional overnight care to our residents and support our clinical team.
Shift:
Full-Time | NOC Shift
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
  • Conduct assessments, administer medications & treatments
  • Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff on shift
  • Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies & state/federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in resident condition
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges & incident reports
  • Promote a positive, safe, and caring environment
Qualifications:
  • Current CA RN license in good standing
