These groups help companies organize their workforce efficiently by grouping employees based on similar working hours, such as morning, afternoon, or night shifts. Managing shift groups allows for better coverage, smoother handovers between shifts, and ensures that operations continue seamlessly around the clock. Shift Groups are common in industries like healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and hospitality, where 24/7 or extended-hour staffing is essential.
