Working onsite at our well-established rehabilitation center, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that includes skilled therapists and supportive administrative staff. As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs and goals.
• Designing and implementing therapeutic interventions that may include a combination of active and passive exercises, strength training, muscle re-education, and functional mobility training.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families regarding care plans and ongoing at-home exercises to encourage patient compliance and optimize recovery.
• Participating in ongoing communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach for high-quality patient care.

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Your focus will be on guiding them through rehabilitation with tailored treatment interventions to enhance their function and freedom in daily activities. You'll have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of patients of various ages, helping them regain their mobility and independence.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or an equivalent degree from a recognized foreign university.
• A valid California State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
