  • Provide 3 full weeks of coverage, Monday through Sunday

  • Provide both call/inpatient coverage and outpatient services

  • Overnight call with minimal patients scheduled throughout the day

  • Provider will be required to work at multiple sites

  • Provide outpatient services at an outpatient office location

  • Provide inpatient services at hospital locations within the network

  • Frequency of work at alternate sites is split 50/50
