Job description

SUMMARY
The IT System Analyst ofCorporate Systems will work in the implementation and supportCorporate/Back-Office systems. This role will work closely with IT &Operation Teams supporting Warehouse Management Systems to solicit technicalrequirements for systems. You will be responsible for any modifications,implementations and ongoing Support of our new/existing Warehouse Applicationsystems.

The work location is atour Store Support Center in Commerce, CA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Technical support in areas, but not limited to, the following:
    • Experience in one or more WMS Systems preferably GOLD Stock (Symphony)
    • SQL Skills with Oracle 19x and above.
    • AIX/Linux Shell Scripting
    • Other homegrown Legacy Systems in Supply Chain Area.
    • Support Integrations with Reporting, Logistics, LMS/WLM, Vo-Collect Devices, RF Devices, Master data, YMS and Other external WHS Systems.
    • Experience in managing multiple WMS Systems
    • Experience in release/change management process and patch installations
    • Experience in Version Control Tools
    • Exposure to Job Scheduling tools like Control-M, Redwood (RMJ) etc.
    • Experience in optimization techniques to manage High Volume WHS Systems
  • Manage ticket queues related to systems assigned and participate in the CAB meetings
  • Able to support any Critical/High Priority Production issues any time or day of the week (24/7)
  • Able to support and work with external consultants on new initiatives and turnkey projects
  • Exposure to new AI Tools
  • Co-ordinate and Work with Application Managed Services (AMS) resources in the areas above
  • Work closely with the Cybersecurity and Compliance team on Audit and ongoing compliance activities
