Job Description

Required

2+ years of experience in ETL, Reporting technologies and BI project development life cycle

Should have worked extensively in development projects involving Informatica

Experience in Enterprise data warehousing, system Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of Data warehouse. Enhancement and Maintaining applications using ETL-INFORMATICA

Experience in all the phases of Data warehouse life cycle (SDLC) involving Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and Deployment

Experience in working with business analysts to identify, study and understand requirements and translate them into ETL code in Requirement Analysis phase

Excellent experience in developing Mappings, Mapplets by using various Transformations like SQ, Aggregator, Expression, Filter, Sorter, Joiner, lookup, sequence generator and update strategy based on the business requirements and workflows by using various tasks like session, event wait, event raise, command, email to automation of workflows and sessions

Experience in Informatica performance tuning/Partitions and identifying the bottle necks in sources, mappings, targets and sessions.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Experience in Retail, CPG and Logistics Domain.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Primary Technical Skills: Informatica

Hands on experience in UNIX/Shell scripting, Putty.

Preferred

Exposure to other BI ETL & other Reporting tools such as Cognos

Exposure on Power Exchange, IDQ and other Informatica tools
