Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day
Will be monitoring production activity, identifying process problems, troubleshooting causes, and developing solutions. Team leads will also ensure that employees are performing job tasks to align with the company policies and standards. Input molds into shell system and monitor all automated systems according to production specifications to produce parts of outstanding quality while following part-specific GSPs and Work Instructions in the Gibsonton Florida Location.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Trained and signed off on Demonstrated Skills Checklist for Mercury, Shell Input, Blowoff, and Pre-Wet and Refill Sand/Slurry.
  • Checking Shell Supervision for any updates to the work schedule or safety items.
  • Inputs mold into Shell automated system following Work Instructions in Mercury.
  • Ensuring the correct practice is pulled up on the production system screen (Mercury) while performing any operation.
  • Checking all cells regularly fix or reporting any issues found and operating the sandblast cabinet.
  • Adjusting machines, setting controls and performing troubleshooting as required by quality criteria using hand tools, including wrenches, Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, and performing other duties as needed.
What You Bring
  • High school Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to read Engineering instructions.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
