Customer Service Representative
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced, growing 3PL logistics facility in Pasadena, TX. This company specializes in transportation, distribution, and logistics services, supporting a wide range of customers with efficient and reliable supply chain solutions.
Pay Rate
$19.00 to $21.00 per hour (Depends on experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed)
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including commercial invoices and bills of lading
• Communicate daily with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Track shipments, schedule pick-ups, and coordinate drop-offs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding shipment status
• Operate and utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics software

Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• 4 plus years of extensive experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred
• Must have Proficiency with SAP Warehouse Management Systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
