Professional Experience
  • Product Management Experience
  • Must have direct, hands-on Product Manager (PM) experience
  • Candidates who transitioned from Software Engineering to Product Management are acceptable
  • Startup experience is preferred, especially in roles with broad responsibility or founder-level exposure

Current/Recent Roles
  • Product Manager or Startup Founder, ideally with end-to-end product ownership

Domain Expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction in ambiguous environments
  • Experience building or scaling products in enterprise software or other complex, technical domains (Fintech experience is not mandatory)
  • Proven track record of delivering products in technically challenging spaces

Soft Skills & Leadership
  • Ability to engage deeply with technical topics and stakeholders
