⏰ Shift Options:

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PMNight Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Training Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts, 5 days per week
  • Approximately 5 weeks of paid training before transitioning to the production schedule

Production Schedule:

  • 12-hour rotating schedule
  • Final rotation will be assigned upon completion of training
  • Overtime available based on production needs

Pay:

  • $25.00–$30.00/hr Based on Experience

Required:

  • Experience in printing, packaging, paper converting, or manufacturing
  • Ability to perform machine setups and changeovers
  • Experience with paper sheeters or web converting equipment
  • Folding carton manufacturing experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, and food packaging standards
  • Experience working in high-speed manufacturing environments

Physical & Work Environment

  • Stand and walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts
  • Frequently bend, reach, lift, and handle production materials

    • Set up and operate sheeting equipment according to production schedules and job specifications
    • Install and align rolls, knives, blades, and other tooling
