Job Summary
The Outside Sales/Metal Fabrication Business Development will lead sales efforts in the metal fabrication sector, focusing on expanding market share through aggressive prospecting, relationship building, and deal closing. This role requires a results-oriented professional who excels as an aggressive closer, persistently driving negotiations to successful conclusions while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of metal fabrication processes and a proven track record in industrial sales.
