Sheet Metal Mechanic Installer โ€“ Commercial HVAC

DFW Area
$22โ€“$28/hr | Full-Time | Overtime Available

We are hiring a Sheet Metal Mechanic Installer to support commercial construction projects across the DFW area. This role is ideal for a hands-on installer who understands ductwork, reads blueprints confidently, and takes pride in clean, accurate work.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Install and assemble commercial sheet metal systems, including ductwork and vents
  • Measure, cut, bend, and fabricate sheet metal using hand and power tools
  • Read and install from blueprints and job specifications
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing sheet metal systems as needed
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
  • Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Proven sheet metal experience (commercial or industrial preferred)
  • Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
  • Proficient with standard sheet metal tools and equipment
  • OSHA 10 preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
