Position Information
We are seeking an Extension Associate, whom under general supervision, performs more advanced program delivery duties requiring specific subject matter expertise.
Responsibilities:
  • Delivers content for assigned program.
  • Provides technical expertise for the assigned program in specific subject matter.
  • Produces and delivers presentations.
  • Develops resources, such as publications, videos, internet articles, news releases, and other online resources.
  • Develops educational programs.
  • Collects and summarizes data to measure the impact of education/outreach activities.
  • Communicates and plans with other faculty/staff, researchers, and educators to identify and link research with outreach/education application to the project.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years related professional experience.
  • Knowledge of word processing, database, presentation and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
