US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our collaborative and supportive care team at AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach.

This W2 position offers an exceptional work-life balance with no call and no weekends, allowing you to enjoy a rewarding career while living in one of Florida's most sought-after coastal communities.

You'll work alongside a collegial team of 5 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs, providing anesthesia services at AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach and Advanced Heart Vascular Surgery Center at Daytona.

Position Highlights 

  • Team Structure: 5 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs, with continued growth as our hospital partners expand 
  • Flexible full-time schedules with an option of 8s, 10s, 12s 
  • No call and no weekends required 
  • Case Mix: General, Ortho, Vascular, Urology, GI, Oncology, Plastics 
    • No OB or pediatrics 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Starting salary of $200,000, commensurate with experience 
  • Up to $100,00 sign-on bonus 
  • $3,333 monthly student stipend available 
  • 7 weeks of paid time off plus 6 paid holidays 
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package with 401(k) matching starting on day one 
  • Annual CME allowance
