About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aviata at South Daytona, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while advancing your skills and experience. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a member of our care team, you will supervise staff, oversee patient care, and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations

  • Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel

  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN

  • Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred

  • You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
