• Client Relations: Serve as the primary "Director of First Impressions," greeting customers with an upbeat, professional demeanor and managing a high-volume multi-line phone system.
• Data & Record Management: Update and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy; perform heavy data entry to ensure client records are current.
• Research & Support: Conduct background research to assist financial advisors in preparing for client meetings and market analysis.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist with basic marketing tasks, which may include updating social media profiles, preparing mailers, or coordinating client appreciation events.
• Administrative Flow: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain the lobby aesthetic, and ensure the office remains organized and efficient.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong typing speed and accuracy are essential. You should be highly comfortable navigating Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and formatting).
• Communication Ace: Previous experience managing multi-line phone systems and the ability to route calls efficiently while maintaining a friendly tone.
