Job description

About DC International

DC International is a vertically integrated ecommerce company and home to two fast-growing direct-to-consumer brands: Coverstore and Leatherology. What does it mean to be a vertically integrated company? It means working alongside a diverse team of creators, marketers, analysts, developers, designers, and innovators. It means overseeing the complete, end-to-end product lifecycle. With our headquarters in Carrollton, Texas and a wholly owned manufacturing facility in Asia, DC International is uniquely positioned to create a great customer experience from start to finish. Since 2005, our mission has been simple: to bring customers products that matter. We do this by marrying timeless design, innovative technology and an unwavering commitment to quality. Over the last 20+ years, we have grown from a small family business into one of the industry’s leaders in product excellence and superior service. Despite our success, we never forget our humble beginnings and the customer-first values upon which we were founded.

About the Creative Studio

The Creative Studio is DCI's in-house design engine, creating the visual content that tells our brands' stories and moves the business forward. Our work shows up across every place a customer meets Leatherology and Coverstore, from digital to print to in person, and across all of it, we hold a high bar for craft, consistency, and brand integrity.

The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can help shape and execute the visual story of Leatherology, from seasonal campaigns to the everyday assets that move product. You'll partner closely with the Art Director on high-impact tentpole campaigns while leading evergreen initiatives that keep the brand sharp across channels. The best work here does more than look good. It tells a story, sharpens our visual identity, deepens what customers feel about the brand, and drives results. While you'll be dedicated to Leatherology, you're joining a studio that supports both brands. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate across brands, and your work shapes the visual identity of DCI as a whole. If you have a strong design point of view, a sharp eye for typography and layout, and you're energized by a brand that values restraint and craft, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Design, Campaigns & Social

  • Create visual assets across channels, including email, paid social, display, print catalogs, packaging, event materials, and other evergreen initiatives that keep our channels consistent and on-brand.

  • Partner with the Art Director to develop and execute concepts for large-scale, seasonal campaigns.

  • Contribute to front-end UI/UX updates on the website, ensuring visuals support both brand integrity and a great user experience.

  • Ideate and execute smaller-scale organic social campaigns end to end, including light in-studio photography, videography, and editing as needed.

Visual Quality, Craft & Trend Awareness

  • Hold the bar for work that's visually engaging, typographically sound, and pixel-accurate across digital and print, with every asset working hard to tell a story, strengthen our visual identity, and earn its place in driving the business forward.

  • Edit and retouch product and lifestyle imagery for ecommerce, marketing, and advertising.

  • Handle Photoshop work end to end, including compositing, resizing, color, and platform-specific optimization.

  • Stay on top of what's happening in graphic design, website UI, and social media, both inside and outside our category, and bring those signals back into the work.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in ecommerce or retail.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates range across digital and print, with a clear sense of typography, hierarchy, and layout.

  • Hands-on experience designing for marketing campaigns: email, social, web/UI, and print.

  • Comfort with UI/UX principles and designing for web functionality and usability.

  • A meticulous eye and a high bar for accuracy. Small details matter to you.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional partners.

  • Working knowledge of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and image-generation tools) and an eagerness to use them to amplify your creative work, not replace it.
