Now Recruiting: Certified Dermatology & Aesthetic Medical Assistants (Training Provided)
Santa Monica, CA | Full-Time | Entry-Level Welcome.
We are a busy, growing medical & cosmetic dermatology practice looking for a Certified Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is eager to learn and grow.
If youโ€™re the type who takes pride in doing things right the first time, adapts quickly, and enjoys both the medical and cosmetic side of patient care - youโ€™ll fit right in.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Clinical documentation + EMR proficiency (EZDerm).
  • Patient scheduling & payment collection.
  • Administer IM injections + perform blood draws.
  • Medication dispensing & pharmacy regulation basics.
  • Assisting with procedures (biopsies, injections, sutures, excisions, PRP, and more).
  • Laser safety protocols and setup.
  • Proper sterilization, room turnover & infection control.
  • Assist providers with medical & cosmetic dermatology procedures.
  • Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits.
  • Support cosmetic treatments, including patient education and post-care guidance.
  • Keep the clinic running smoothly through efficient workflow and organization.
  • Become a CoolSculptingยฎ, Emsculptยฎ, Emsellaยฎ Provider.
  • Communication with patients regarding treatment plans, prescriptions & procedures.
