Job Description

Consultant will work with Investment Office on the development of enhancements and maintenance of the SharePoint solution for Investment Subscriptions. Solution will build upon prior effort and enable approval of renewals and cancels of Investment Subscriptions. Consultant will assist in any issues identified by Investment Office staff and manage their resolution. In addition, consultant will assist with configuration, deployment, and testing functions and demonstrate migration will not adversely impact day to day operations nor result in any loss of data.


Consultant will work with Investment Office on the creation of a SharePoint feature for Letters of Engagement. Feature will involve uploading of LOE and supporting documents which enables approval and processing of LOEs. Consultant will assist in any issues identified by Investment Office staff and manage their resolution. In addition, consultant will assist with configuration, deployment, and testing functions which will not adversely impact day to day operations nor result in any loss of data.


Consultant will work with Technology Management Unit resources as well as end-users to define standards and templates for organizing information in SharePoint that maximizes collaboration of teams.
