Job description

Position Title : SharePoint/Power Platform Developer (Enterprise SharePoint Services Representative) Location : Arlington, VA Clearance required : SECRET Scope of Work: Performs hands-on solution development during the Base-Year build and, once the platform stabilizes, day-to-day Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, KM tools training, and records and metadata alignment in support of the enterprise KM environment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Build and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows in support of KM requirements. * Perform day-to-day KM-scoped Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration and conduct the annual site assessments. * Design and deliver at least one two-hour KM Tools Training session per month. * Maintain SharePoint information architectures and coordinate metadata, naming conventions, and content structures with the Records Management Office. * Monitor KM automations, workflows, and 365 solutions, and report performance in the MSR. Qualifications * Power Platform and SharePoint 365 experience of at least five years across NIPR and SIPR environments. * Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online architecture; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); enterprise site structures; metadata and taxonomy standards; content types; governance documentation; workflow automation; solution prototyping; testing; development; secure configuration across NIPR and SIPR environments; and architecture evaluation. * Demonstrated ability to translate KM requirements (knowledge flow needs, taxonomy constraints, metadata models, governance rules, and lifecycle standards) into technical SharePoint and workflow solutions. * Demonstrated experience developing scalable, reusable solutions supporting enterprise-wide adoption across geographically dispersed organizations. * Foundational understanding of KM principles, including taxonomy application, content lifecycle management, information governance, and stakeholder collaboration, to ensure SharePoint solutions align with enterprise KM policies and practices. * Active SECRET clearance.
