Job description

Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is a prime contractor providing manpower and support of IT Operations and Maintenance with Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA). We are providing enterprise management and technical support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWC DD DNA) SharePoint enclave. Our team must ensure every employee has reliable support and access to the current SharePoint application. We are currently interviewing for a Senior Level SharePoint Developer to support this initiative in an enterprise-level work environment.
The SharePoint Developer will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA) by designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions that enhance collaboration, data management, and mission effectiveness. This role directly supports IT portfolio management, financial tracking, and enterprise collaboration across RDT&E and NMCI/NGEN environments.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of enterprise business applications primarily utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
  • Manage and support the SharePoint Online and Power Platform information architecture for Development, Test, and Production environments utilizing modern browser-based configuration and the Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Provide development, modernization and enhancement services by developing solutions to improve the user experience, ease of use and efficiency of SharePoint pages/applications in the environment.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint training to provide users guidance on how to use SharePoint.
  • Be knowledgeable of SharePoint Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and support the Agency in the review and identification of STIGs that are applicable to SharePoint, as well as applicable databases and the operating systems that SharePoint runs on.
Requirements
  • Requires 3+ years of progressive development experience specifically focused on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
  • Requires experience managing SharePoint Online information architecture and developing solutions utilizing modern Microsoft Cloud services and data sources (e.g., Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, SQL connections).
  • Requires experience in SharePoint development projects using agile development methodologies.
  • Requires DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
  • DoD Secret Security Clearance
