Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and update Liberty's intranet platform, including user permissions, content structure, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with departments (IT, Human Resources, etc.) to design and implement intranet pages, workflows, and features to enhance employee experience and support department goals.
  • Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT for technical support and upgrades.
  • Manage user admin permissions, site structure, and navigation.
  • Provide training and support to content contributors and end users.
  • Project manage communication rollouts, campaigns, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and content standards.
  • Coordinate on technical issues, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
  • Lead or support intranet-related projects, including redesigns or new feature rollouts.
  • Use analytics to inform content strategy and improve engagement.
  • Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of intranet content.
  • Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and disseminate information.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage internal communications and announcements.
  • Facilitate feedback and interaction among employees
Qualifications

What You Need for Success:  

  • Familiarity with intranet platforms (Microsoft SharePoint), Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, VivaEngage), and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital publishing and content management best practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Thorough understanding of writing styles and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content for specific audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and recommend improvements.
  • Responsive and open to feedback.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in intranet administration, IT support, or digital content management.
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.

Annual Salary Range $82,000 - $90,000
