Job description

The Client Onboarding & Service Finance & Business Management team is seeking a professional to support Shared Services, who has a penchant for story‑telling with financial data and a desire to be strategic and operates with a sense of urgency.

As a Senior Associate, Business Manager – Shared Services in our Client Onboarding & Service Finance & Business Management team, you will have a high impact, large remit opportunity to ensure that senior management across the Global Bank have visibility into major Client Onboarding & Service initiatives, metrics, financials, and insights. Our goal is to support business growth while playing a key role in client retention through their onboarding and servicing experience.

Job responsibilities
  • Partner with Client Onboarding & Service and Finance & Business Management to understand the business and their key objectives to be able to prepare executive presentations – ability to package and present projections and performance trends by bringing financials and data together to tell a cohesive story
  • Design management for reporting packages to communicate business results in a transparent and concise manner
  • Coordinate operations & deliverables with other business managers, finance, project managers, and senior stakeholders across the firm
  • Analyze complex data sets, assess KPI trends, and create impactful insights using statistical analysis tools to assist in strategy development
  • Partner with Client Onboarding & Service and Finance & Business Management team to budget and forecast headcount and expense
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in Client Onboarding & Service, project management, or finance in roles that required an advanced skillset in storytelling and context setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively; develop dynamic partnership with multiple levels of stakeholders and integrate with the business
  • Advanced presentation skills (PowerPoint and/or PitchPro) with an expectation to repurpose standard content, as well as design & build – accounts for ~50% of role
  • Intermediate Excel Skills – Proficiency in using more complex functions with an instinct for automation and visualization
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data with an advanced attention to detail and in an engaging manner
  • Highly motivated, proactive attitude, with a natural passion to learn and an inquisitive personality
  • Excellent problem solving, resourcefulness and critical thinking skills
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to use data to promote efficiency or improve outcomes
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and know how to prioritize accordingly
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience in Process and/or Continuous Improvement
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments
  • Dynamic Stakeholder Management – Proven expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication to support strategic goals and project success
