The HR Shared Services Associateassistsin Human Resources (HR) operational processeswithin the organization.They will supportHR operations, ensuring alignment with day-to-day goals and regulatory requirements.This position providesoversight ofHR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local andstateemployment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

About the team:

The US HR Hub teamoperateswithin a wider global HR function, delivering specialist support for complex HR queries and escalations whilemaintainingdata accuracy, compliance, and consistent service delivery across regions. The team is highly collaborative, with a strong focus on continuous process improvement and deliveringan excellentcustomer experience.

Whatyou'llbe doing:

Oversees and transacts all employee data changes and updates. Responsible for handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to employee on/off boarding,absencemanagement, compliance, records management, and retention.
Provides support to employees and managers for transaction processing and life cycle event management in the system's self-service function. (e.g.transfers, promotions, employment separations, etc.).
Handles employee inquiries and issues resolution.Assistsin the research, escalation, and resolution of Workday related operational issues.
Ensures data quality and follows global data standards, run ad-hoc reports toassistin this task.
Delivers exceptional customer service and ensures all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient,timelymanner.
Ensures delivery against established service level agreements (SLAs) and people systems delivery (PSD) metrics.
Cultivates networks across a variety of functions and locationswiththe organization.

What you bring:

High School Diploma or GED or the equivalent combination of education, training or work experience is preferable.

Skill in use of People Office systems, preferably Workday

Knowledge of People Office concepts, policies, and procedures

Attention to detail and accuracy, excellent data entry, organizational and prioritization skills

Excellent customer service, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills

Ability to work in an organized manner and consistently follow-up on tasks

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Ability tomaintainconfidentiality

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability tointerface withall levels of employees and effectively interact with various functional areas and facilities

Ability toestablishand maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and clients
