Job Overview:

Pay Range: $26.90hr - $31.90hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Customer service experience, HR onboarding experience, or experience as an HR technician/analyst/generalist.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to general intake inquiries from employees and manages the process necessary to bring to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Maintains information systems and processes necessary paperwork, i.e. severance, telework etc.
  • Maintains and keeps updated support documentation used by HR/Shared Services/Employees ensuring relevance and current content.
  • Reviews and gathers feedback continuously on how to improve HR processes, sharing with HR Shared services team members.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of company-specific policies and practices.
  • Acts as a liaison with functional areas with HR; ensuring understanding of processes.

Nice to Have:

  • 1-3 years HR knowledge.

Skills:

  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and independently.
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, immigration, performance management, federal and state employment laws.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong acumen with systems, data, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to face ambiguity and rapid change.

  • High School Diploma.
