Im Auftrag eines führenden Industrieunternehmens im Bereich Automatisierung/Elektrotechnik mit Sitz im Raum Stuttgart und rund 4.000 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir eine Führungspersönlichkeit (w/m/d) als Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung gestalten Sie die finanzielle Zukunft eines dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmens mit. Ihr Fokus: Transparenz, Steuerung und nachhaltige Wertschöpfung in Transformations- und Wachstumsphasen.
Kernaufgaben:

  • Strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für alle Finanzbereiche (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Steuern, Einkauf)
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines leistungsstarken, international aufgestellten Finanzteams
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung moderner Controlling- und Reporting-Strukturen, inkl. digitaler Lösungen (BI)
  • Einführung und Steuerung eines neuen gruppenweiten Kennzahlensystem sowie internationaler Shared-Service-Center
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Cash-Flow-, Kosten- und Effizienzprogrammen (OPEX/CAPEX)
  • Strukturierung und Finanzierung von komplexen Transformationsprojekten und Großinvestitionen
  • Weiterentwicklung moderner Risk-Management- und Compliance-Systeme
  • Verantwortung für Investor Relations und professionelle Kommunikation mit Gesellschaftern, Investoren und Auftraggebern
  • Unterstützung und Steuerung von M&A-, Carve-out- und Post-Merger-Integrationsprojekten
  • Umsetzung von ESG-Reporting und Sicherstellung regulatorischer Vorgaben, insbesondere im energienahen Umfeld
  • Neuausrichtung des Einkaufs gemeinsam mit dem Procurement und Optimierung von Working Capital
  • Business Partnering mit Operations, Vertrieb und F&E-Einheiten
  • Abgeschlossenes Betriebswirtschaftliches- oder Finanzorientiertes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfangreiche, mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Führungsverantwortung auf C-Level oder als Leiter Finanzen in internationalen und F&E-intensiven Industrieunternehmen
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im Aufbau effizienter Controlling- und Finanzprozesse, in der Finanzierung komplexer Großprojekte sowie beim Transformationsmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Implementierung von ERP- und digitalen Reporting-Lösungen sowie in der Führung internationaler Teams/Shared-Service-Center
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung im Investor Relations-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich
