Job description

Nations Roof is seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee our National Service Center and National Construction Operations across the United States. This role will service as the operational bridge between sales and execution, ensuring seamless delivery from customer opportunity through project completion and ongoing customer support.
The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and organizational scalability while leading teams that support customers and business units nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the National Service Center and National Construction Operations supporting customers and business units across the United States.
  • Serve as the operational bridge between sales and execution, ensuring seamless delivery from opportunity development through project completion and customer support.
  • Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability, and EBITDA improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership to support national account growth, customer retention, and business performance objectives.
  • Oversee customer service, dispatch, project coordination, national account support, bid management, program management, and construction support functions.
  • Develop scalable processes, performance metrics, and operational standards that support continued organizational growth.
  • Monitor operational and financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Support acquisitions, expansion initiatives, and enterprise programs through operational readiness and execution excellence.
  • Serve as a key partner to executive leadership in driving organizational performance and long-term value creation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Operations Management, Finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction, roofing, facilities services, field operations, customer operations, shared services, or related industries.
  • 10+ years leading multi-functional teams in a national, multi-location, or geographically dispersed environment.
  • Proven experience leading customer service, operations, dispatch, project coordination, construction support, national accounts, program management, or shared services organizations.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a proven track record of driving operational performance, profitability, and growth.
  • Experience partnering across Operations, Sales, Finance, and executive leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, process improvement, and customer-focused operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
