Job description

Position information:
The Assistant Employment Services Manager is responsible for assuring that the support services that are being provided to people are person centered, effective and documented consistently with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR), contractual obligations and Shangri-La policies, practices and procedures. Reliable and regular attendance is imperative.
Position Details:
Status: Full Time 40 hours
Location: Salem, OR
Shift: Varied including on-call responsibilities and some evening/weekend shifts when needed
Starting Hourly wage: $22.20
Wage Scale: $22.20 - $28.09
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years' work experience in the health and/or human services field.
Two (2) years' experience in position(s) that included training responsibilities is preferred. Must have current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record. Must be able to be approved by the background criminal history unit.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to operate a computer with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
