Who We Are

For more than 40 years, RF-SMART, a United States headquartered company, has delivered advanced software solutions for distributors, manufacturers, and retailers worldwide. We are growing our team and creating two early-career opportunities for individuals who are curious, eager to learn, and excited about solving real-world operational challenges for customers. If you are looking to break into the supply chain software industry and build a career at the intersection of supply chain technology and customer success — this could be the role for you.

Who We're Looking For:

As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you will be at the heart of how RF-SMART delivers value — learning the product, serving customers, and building the foundation for a long-term career at the intersection of supply chain technology and customer success. This is not a passive, watch-from-the-sidelines role. From day one, you will learn by doing alongside experienced consultants and salespeople who are invested in your growth.

We are hiring two associates to develop into well-rounded professionals who deeply understand our software, our customers, and the operational challenges we help solve. No prior ERP or warehouse management experience is required — we will teach you everything you need to know.

Both associates will start with Consulting Services, building product expertise and implementation experience side by side. Over time, career paths will evolve — potentially with one or both associates moving into a Customer Education focus on our Solutions Consulting team or continuing to advance within Consulting Services.

If you are looking for a role that will accelerate your growth, challenge you daily, and put you in front of real customers solving real problems — this is it.

What You'll Do:

Consulting Services

  • Shadow and support experienced consultants during live implementations, building the product fluency that underpins everything else you will do here
  • Develop hands-on knowledge of RF-SMART's integration with ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite, learning how software maps to real warehouse and manufacturing operations
  • Participate in discovery calls that uncover customer challenges and translate operational pain points into solution opportunities
  • Configure demonstration environments that accurately reflect prospect and customer workflows, making the product come alive for the people evaluating it
  • Build and maintain demo scripts, presentation materials, and documentation that strengthen the team's ability to deliver consistently
  • Develop a working understanding of the technologies surrounding our software — mobile data collection, databases, networks, and printers — so you can speak credibly with technical stakeholders

As You Evolve Toward Customer Education — Solutions Consulting

  • Lead refresher demos and Tips & Tricks sessions that help existing customers unlock more value from RF-SMART and deepen their product confidence
  • Train customer SuperUsers and conduct Health Checks that surface improvement opportunities and strengthen the customer relationship
  • Partner with Strategic Account Executives to support retention and renewal conversations, turning customer success into continued growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives on prospect meetings, RFPs, and proof-of-concept exercises that move opportunities forward
  • Represent RF-SMART at webinars, product videos, conferences, and industry events — bringing energy and expertise to every interaction
  • Bring intellectual curiosity and adaptability to every challenge, because this role will keep evolving and so will you
What You Bring:
  • A genuine eagerness to learn — software, business operations, supply chain, and the customers who depend on both
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal, with the confidence to present to customers and collaborate across internal teams
  • Exceptional organization — you manage competing priorities without dropping the ball, even when your calendar changes by noon
  • A collaborative mindset — you thrive working alongside consultants, salespeople, and product managers, not just next to them
  • Self-motivation and independence — whether in an office or a home office, you take ownership of your work without waiting to be told what to do next

  • Any familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite a plus), WMS platforms, or mobile data collection tools
  • Demonstrated prior remote work experience, if applying for a remote opportunity

  • Occasional travel is expected, averaging 15–25% with periodic spikes; ability to live within one hour of a major airport is preferred
  • Preferred locations are Jacksonville, FL and Highlands Ranch, CO; remote candidates will be considered with demonstrated remote work experience

Our thoughtful interview process is designed to be conversational and give you real insight into our team, our product, and the people you would be working with every day.
