Job description

Summary of Position:
The Human Resources Coordinator supports day-to-day operations by administering key processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role provides operational support across recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and HR systems, while coordinating activities with business leaders and internal teams. The position contributes to process execution and organizational initiatives that support workforce operations and overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer onboarding and pre-employment processes, including HRIS data entry, ADP validation, and compliance with employment laws (e.g., I-9, ACA, union codes).
  • Maintain and audit HRIS data across employee records, recruitment, and talent systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage employee data transactions, including job changes, compensation updates, new hires, terminations, and employment verifications.
  • Support compliance and reporting requirements, including audits, unemployment claims, EEOC reporting, and documentation of employee relations activity.
  • Coordinate training logistics and track participation, including new hire orientation, compliance training, and performance review completion.
  • Provide operational support for HR processes, including employee inquiries, invoices, file management, system troubleshooting, and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and computer systems used for employee data management and reporting.
  • Experience handling HR data, documentation, and administrative processes in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously, including data entry, reporting, and compliance tracking.
  • Ability to pass a nationwide criminal background check and fingerprinting requirements.
