Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:  We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at SFC, Senske Family of Companies. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and close sales. This role requires a customer-focused attitude, a drive to hit key performance indicators (KPIs), and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  • Effectively sell SFC products/services by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system with each interaction
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to drive sales and secure business
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
