Job description

Reno Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Route Driver for a Distribution Company in the Reno, NV 89506 Area!
This is a Direct Hire opportunity starting at $45,000 annually. This role offers a set warehouse schedule, with delivery route driving only once per week—unless covering vacations or callouts, in which case additional compensation is provided. Yearly pay raises are offered based on performance.

Open availability is required.
Shift: Days or Swing Shift (varies depending on workload)

Pay:$45,000 annually (Direct Hire)

Location: Reno, NV 89506Not on a bus line — reliable personal transportation required.

Summary: This position combines warehouse duties with occasional delivery route driving. In the warehouse, you will handle basic pick/pack tasks, loading/unloading, trash removal, cleaning, and small maintenance procedures. Delivery routes occur once weekly unless coverage is needed. You must be presentable to the public and able to communicate clearly in English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Perform general warehouse cleaning and trash removal
  • Conduct small maintenance procedures as needed
  • Complete delivery routes once weekly or when covering absences
  • Interact professionally with customers and the public
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional jobrelated activities not specifically outlined above.

Competency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
  • Excellent driving record
  • Must have a valid DOT Medical Card
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to lift as required for warehouse tasks
  • Must wear steeltoe or compositetoe shoes
  • Must dress appropriately for weather conditions
  • Must be presentable to the public
  • Open availability is required
  • Reliable personal transportation is required
  • Experience in warehouse or delivery driving is mandatory
