A leading national tax preparation firm is hiring an experienced, seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients during tax season. This is an in-office, full-time during busy season, January through April.  This role offers advanced tax training, mentorship from an expert team, and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities
  • Prepare complete, accurate 1040 tax returns
  • Conduct client tax interviews in person; skilled in communicating using video, phone, chat, email 
  • Build client relationships that support business growth and retention
  • Facilitate IRS support services, including, tax notice services, and Audit representation.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience preparing 1040s
  • Successful completion of a Tax Knowledge Assessment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using virtual communication tools (video, phone, chat)
  • Ability to meet continuing education requirements and comply with IRS/state regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
