Remote Chat and Email Representative to prospective clients through clear, timely, and professional written communication. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, empathetic, and confident handling a high volume of inquiries while providing a positive experience in every interaction.

As a key part of the support team, you will help ensure accurate information, timely responses, and a welcoming first impression of the practice. You will play an important role in strengthening trust, improving responsiveness, and supporting smooth day-to-day communication across the organization.

  • Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, general policies, and next steps based on internal guidelines
