About Shabby Fabrics

Since 2005, Shabby Fabrics has inspired quilters around the world with exclusive fabrics, original designs, and exceptional customer service. As a leader in the quilting industry, we're passionate about creativity, quality, and delivering an outstanding online shopping experience.

Position Overview

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving online sales in a competitive retail environment.

You'll lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that increase customer acquisition, conversion rates, revenue, and customer retention. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and make data-driven decisions that directly impact business growth.

Candidates must have significant hands-on ecommerce marketing experience. This is not a role for someone looking to transition into ecommerce or learn on the job. This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Post Falls, Idaho. Remote work is not available.

Compensation

$85,000-$105,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies that drive online revenue.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across email, paid advertising, social media, SEO, promotions, and website merchandising.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts using data and analytics.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, creative, and leadership teams to execute successful campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and oversee projects from concept through completion.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of ecommerce marketing experience with an online retail business.
  • Proven success growing online sales in a competitive ecommerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and analytics.
  • Experience using data to drive marketing decisions and improve performance.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and highly execution-focused.

Preferred: Experience with direct-to-consumer retail or the quilting, sewing, craft, or creative industries.
