Sewing ApprenticeSCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime may required during busy season, including some Saturdays)PAY FREQUENCY: Weekly PaySALARY: $17.25 per hour, with increases based on skill and efficiency attainmentABOUT THE ROLE:Children's Factory is looking for a Sewing Apprentice to join our production team and build on existing sewing skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with personal or professional sewing experience - such as home sewing, costume making, alterations, quilting, or similar work - who wants to grow their skills using industrial sewing equipment.In this role, you'll learn how to efficiently produce high-quality products while working alongside experienced team members in a fast-paced production setting. While industrial sewing machine experience is not required, candidates should already have a basic understanding of sewing techniques and fabric handling. This position is designed as a training path into a Machine Operator: Sewing role, with the opportunity to advance after demonstrating consistent performance and sewing efficiency.WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:The work completed by our Sewing team directly supports the quality and reliability of the products our customers depend on.
