PeopleReady of Turlock, CA is now hiring Temp to Perm Production Supervisors! We are looking for a high-caliber Production Supervisor for a premier event production customer in Turlock

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $26 - $35 / hour*


What you'll be doing as a Production Supervisor:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train in-house staff and temporary personnel; manage and report hours via electronic task management
  • Systems & Software: Master Good Shuffle (event inventory software) to track orders, logistics, and data entry (training provided)
  • Operations & Logistics: Lead "Pick-n-Pull" warehouse operations, manage truck routing, and track jobs from prep to return
  • Technical Maintenance: Become an expert on all hardware and drape products. Perform hardware refurbishment and manage shop supplies (Uline, Home Depot, etc.)
  • Fleet & Facility: Operate box trucks and vans (clean DMV required); perform light maintenance (fluids, tire pressure) and secure loads.
  • Responsible for opening and securing the Turlock facility
  • Support the sewing department by cutting fabric and transporting orders to seamstresses
  • Handle backup DIY drop-off deliveries and UPS Store shipments
  • Maintain "EDR" branding on merchandise and material handlers
  • Weigh vehicles at local scales and maintain overall shop cleanliness


Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), Weekends


Job requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
  • Mechanical Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with handyman skills
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and Google Maps; ability to learn Good Shuffle quickly
  • Logistics Ready: Experience with trailer hookups and forklift operation (training available)
  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (rarely) and push 1,200 lb. carts
  • Ambition: A clear desire to transition into a permanent GM or Operations Manager role
  • Forklift Certification
  • OSHA-10 or Higher Certification
  • Background check and Drug test required
