Job description

This position provides administrative, logistical, and event support for Black Ministries and Adventist Community Services. The role assists with clerical duties, communication distribution, supply coordination, event preparation, registration materials, and on-site event support to help ensure ministry programs and department activities run smoothly.
The position also supports ministry communications by capturing photos, short video content, and behind the scenes moments during events and preparations.
