Pay:$19.40 plus tier-based pay
Schedule: 8am - 5pm Full Time
Department: NAS
Overview
Looking for a great introductory position to the IT field but are unsure if you have the background needed? This position does not require an specific degree or specific computer programming skills. This position is a customer service and operations management position. We encourage team members from all departments to consider applying. Responsibilities
EDE Setup team members work with Conservice teams to set up integration between our clients software and Conservice. As an EDE Setup team member, you will communicate directly with our clients, Conservice team members in multiple Conservice departments.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of custom Yoda, Obi-Wan, Resident Tools, and other in-house software
  • Knowledge of internal Conservice processes
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and G-Suite offerings
  • Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative and own projects through resolution
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to develop strong and innovative working relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Met the Standards of Excellence for the last 3 months
  • Able to work independently
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities
  • Able to clearly and professionally communicate verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable communicating over the phone or face to face.
  • Motivated to find the "why" behind the problem and resolve the issue

Education & Experience
  • 2+ years working in an office environment
  • Preferable 2+ years working on EDE.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Google G-suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • An understanding of the flow of data and some database normalization.
