What is a setup coordinator?

Setup Coordinators are professionals responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the setup of events, projects, or operations. They coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and ensure that all necessary materials and personnel are in place for a successful setup. Their duties often include communicating with vendors, supervising setup teams, and troubleshooting issues that arise during the process.
