Responsibilities

How you’ll make an impact in this role 

  • Responsible for the testing, inspection, implementation, and overall upkeep of facility equipment, structures, and systems. 
  • Conducts routine manufacturer-specified maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, while handling minor repairs like replacing bulbs and fixing leaks. 
  • Ensures high-traffic areas (walkways, parking lots, entryways) remain safe and free of debris, hazards, snow, and ice. 
  • Manages the distribution of materials, moving furniture, equipment, and files between facility locations or storage. 
  • Conducts daily checks and basic repairs on medical transport gear (wheelchairs), nurse call systems, utility panels, and communication systems while following strict safety/regulatory codes.
