These positions focus on overseeing workplace training programs, accrediting training providers, and ensuring industry-specific skills development.

What does a typical workday look like for a Seta in a vocational training context?

A typical day for a Seta involves evaluating trainees' practical and theoretical competencies, developing assessment sessions, and documenting results in line with standardized procedures. You may work closely with instructors, training coordinators, and industry professionals to align assessments with current occupational standards.
