Set Up Crew members often face challenges such as tight setup schedules, last-minute changes to event layouts, and coordinating with multiple teams (like catering, AV, and decorators). To manage these challenges, clear communication, flexibility, and strong time-management skills are crucial. Being proactive—such as reviewing floor plans ahead of time and preparing backup solutions—can help ensure smooth event setups, even under pressure.
