Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gather insights regarding clientsโ€™ mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing those issues.
  • Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care, ensuring alignment with each client's unique treatment needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and consistently monitor and review their progress during regular sessions.
  • Facilitate teletherapy for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for individuals facing geographical or mobility challenges.
  • Timely documentation of sessions and client progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to maintain our commitment to professionalism and accountability.
  • Engage in continual professional development, attending workshops, training, and consultation sessions to refine your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • A demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental perspective in interactions with clients.

  • Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to a diverse client population.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to navigate technology to facilitate remote sessions effectively.
  • Background in utilizing treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or Solution-Focused Therapy.
