Inner Calm Progressive Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our compassionate team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, which can range from trauma and anxiety to depression and relationship issues.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
  • Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual consultations, ensuring broad access to therapeutic support.
  • Maintain thorough documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements in mental health care.
  • Engage in professional development activities to refine clinical skills and remain informed about the latest trends and innovations in therapy and mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Calm Progressive Therapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues. Your focus will be on creating a safe therapeutic environment that fosters trust and promotes healing. Qualifications
  • Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • Ability to establish a secure therapeutic relationship through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental stance toward clients and their experiences.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy for individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse is a plus.
  • Previous work in private practice settings, particularly in outpatient environments, is advantageous.
