Job description

Title: Administrative Services Assistant

Term: 12-month contract (long-term contract)

Location: Vancouver, WA


We are looking for an experienced Administrative Services Assistant to provide high-level support to leadership while also serving as a team lead for administrative staff. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to managers and teams
  • Lead and support administrative staff; act as a resource and point of contact
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain and manage SharePoint sites and document tracking systems
  • Coordinate onboarding, travel arrangements, and office operations
  • Track workflows, action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with SharePoint (site management and document control)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
