Office Services Assistant

A Duluth law firm is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Office Services Assistant to help create a welcoming, organized, and well-supported office environment.

This role is ideal for an office hospitality professional who enjoys helping others, anticipates needs, and takes pride in keeping a professional workplace running smoothly. The Office Services Assistant will serve both internal and external clients while supporting the firm’s hospitality, reception, mailroom, and general office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the office for the day and keep kitchens, coffee bars, copier stations, and shared spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Monitor supplies, distribute incoming mail, and coordinate outgoing FedEx packages.
  • Coordinate office lunch orders and provide front-desk coverage during scheduled breaks.
  • Assist with legal publication updates and other general office services.
  • Complete end-of-day restocking and walkthroughs to ensure the office is ready for the following business day.
