Job description

Key Required Skills
Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in various modules and services; experience as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.
 
Position Description    
  • Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
  • Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
  • Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture, and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
  • Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
  • Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.
 
Detailed Skills Requirements    
FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience, or 11+ in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
  • Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly. Experience with the US Federal Government
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

  • 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
